Hello Royals Families!
The U16 Strathroy Royals had a very exciting ending to their baseball season this past summer. We would like to congratulate them on winning the Ontario Baseball Association (OBA) Championship! SMBA would like to show our support while they celebrate their success during the Strathroy Santa Claus parade on Saturday, November 23rd. We are looking for Royals players of all ages to walk beside the U16 float and hand out stickers and temporary tattoos to children along the parade route. If possible, we would like players to dress in their Royals gear as much as possible (weather permitting).Steve McCormack, Coach of the U16’s is heading the float. All players attending the parade will need to be at Front and Head streets by NOON (or shortly thereafter) on the 23rd. The parade starts shortly after.
