Blastball and T-Ball, News (Strathroy Minor Baseball Association)

All baseball diamonds in Strathroy are closed due to rain - Tuesday July 24th. Any scheduled game is cancelled.

Just a reminder that if we get the predicted thunderstorms tonight - we are required to leave the diamond/field for at least 30 mins after the last occurrence of thunder or lightning.  Better safe than sorry.

Once again, this year our t-ball and blastball teams will be playing games at the Hometown Festival (Turkeyfest).  Come on out and support them - Sunday June 17 at 9 am and 10:30 at Royals Field.

Just a reminder: if thunder roars, go indoors.  If you hear thunder, players/coaches/umpires are required to seek shelter until 30 minutes after the last crack of thunder.  

Team photos are scheduled for June 19 and 20 in the evening.  The exact schedule for the teams will be posted once it has been determined.  Start practicing those smiles.

Thanks to all those who came out to help put up the batting cage tonight. The cage is bookable for all teams via the Diamond Convener.
