OBA Weekend
It was a tough weekend for our Major Rookie Rep Team at OBA's, going 0-2 and being eliminated on Saturday.
But, there is always a silver lining.
Our first game was a loss to the eventual OBA Champions, Corunna Giants.
Our second game was our best defensive game we played all season long. And a low scoring 4-3 loss in a Rookie game is quite unheard of. Unfortunately we couldn't get the bats going in time to take the game.
On behalf of all the coaching staff, I want to say Thank You to all the players and parents for a fantastic season, even though we only won a few games, the improvement over the summer was amazing.
I hope to see everyone back at the ball park next summer.
